Michael Milovich, is Carbon County Commissioner and President of Eastern Utah Community Credit Union. He has years of experience in business management as a controller of a local mine support company and in owning and operating his own business.

Joe Piccolo, is Mayor of Price City and for over 30 years owner of several car care companies. These are Supreme Muffler and Brake, Ultra Lube, and Transmission Express.

Jeremiah Humes is the Assistant Carbon County Attorney. He also maintains his private law practice specializing in business.

Bill Howell is the Director of the Association of Local Governments for the last 25 years. He has experience in managing multiple grant programs as well as several client service organizations such as the Food Bank, HEAT Program, Small Business Incubator, and various CDBG programs.
